Generic pure audio processing; no provider/device/session dependency. block: checked per-channel stateful mono/stereo low-pass/high-pass/bypass, reset, per-block/cumulative frame budgets. levels: full and active-window RMS, peak/count reports, bounded Off/PeakSafe/MatchRms plans and checked preparation. clip/edit: validated planar finite-headroom clips and checked edits. clip_pcm: channel-preserving PCM16/WAV with explicit Reject/Saturate and legacy quantization. recipe: bounded deterministic procedural rendering; model-proposed recipes are data. Headless examples process recipe and speech/model PCM fixtures without inference. Legacy analysis and byte pins preserved. Contracts, runtime guards, tests and mathematical proofs are distinct. No resampling or general streaming engine. IO only for smoke.
